Sendat Falls (Ulu Yam Baharu)
The falls consists of 3 layer, where the top and middle falls is almost 8-10 feet water deep. The water was cooling even in the mid afternoon when we arrived. One our arrival, we were met with a 9inch millipede by the waterfall. It seems the little fella was just getting ready to swim...About 20 mins later, the fella was underwater while we photograph him/her and the rest of our gang crowded over the peculiar little swimming millipeded.
Sungai Tekala Recreational Forest
The waterfalls here are easily accessible with plenty of parking bays. Concrete steps have been built to enable you to climb up to the cascading waterfalls which is usually crowded especially during the weekends. This place is an ideal get-away for the entire family as you will be able to reach the waterfalls within 10 minutes of walking from the entrance.
